One of the Stone Hill Management activities we enjoy doing together the most is traveling. Sometimes several of us will qualify for an exotic weekend retreat, other times we’ll hit the road and drive to a neighboring office for some cross-training. Whatever the travel opportunity, we’re sure to have fun and grow closer together as colleagues and friends.
Our latest exciting Stone Hill Management adventure took us to Louisville, where we held our annual holiday party. This was the first time that we coordinated a get-together with other interactive marketing offices near and far, and we’re proud to say it was a huge success! We set out with the idea that not only would it be fun to get to know others in the industry, but we could learn a few things from each other as well – and we were right on both counts.
This year’s theme was Ugly Christmas Sweaters, and there was no shortage of gaudy jumpers to make our spirits bright. We modeled the party after a leadership conference that we’ve attended many times over the years, and it went just as well as we hoped. There were speakers, a potluck dinner, and many opportunities to network. Not only that, but with our whole team in attendance we were able to build our own sense of camaraderie and office morale.
We are looking forward to meeting up with our peers again in the future, to celebrate the season and the successes we’ll all achieve between now and then. To see just how much fun we had, follow Stone Hill Management on Facebook.
